A clinical summary of this KDP was published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic .
This clinical guideline applies to patients with chronic, stable forms of coronary heart disease (CHD); i.e.: (a) patients with stable angina pectoris (including patients who became asymptomatic after treatment) or patients with angina pectoris equivalents (e.g. exertional dyspnea), if caused by CAD, (b) patients more than a year after acute coronary syndrome (including ST-elevation myocardial infarction – STEMI), (c) patients after revascularization procedures (coronary angioplasty or bypass), (d) patients with chronic left ventricular dysfunction demonstrably caused by CAD.

Diagnosis of CHD in outpatient practice Non-invasive methods in the diagnosis of CHD Invasive methods in the diagnosis of CHD Pharmacological treatment of chronic forms of IHD Catheterization treatment of chronic forms of IHD Surgical treatment of chronic forms of IHD Rehabilitation and secondary prevention in people with chronic forms of CAD.
cs|Tento klinický doporučený postup se vztahuje na nemocné s chronickými, stabilními formami ischemické choroby srdeční (ICHS); tedy: (a) pacienti se stabilní anginou pectoris (včetně nemocných, kteří se po zaléčení stali asymptomatickými) či pacienti s ekvivalenty anginy pectoris (např. námahová dušnost), pokud jsou způsobeny ICHS, (b) pacienti více než rok po akutním koronárním syndromu (včetně infarktu myokardu s elevacemi ST – STEMI), (c) pacienti po revaskularizačních výkonech (koronární angioplastika či bypass), (d) pacienti s chronickou dysfunkcí levé komory prokazatelně způsobenou ICHS.
